Once your documentation is uploaded onto the platform, you must wait for it to be verified by CTAIMA or the requesting company. Therefore, please remember that until this happens, your company will not appear "in green". To know whether your documentation has been verified, go to (indicate path).

Then you must check that the icon next to the document has turned from black to green:

If CTAIMA technicians are responsible for verifying the document, this will be done 24 to 48 hours after it has been uploaded. You can know whether CTAIMA verifies the document because a pink envelope will appear next to it

If there is no pink envelope, consult your customer directly, because they are responsible for reviewing and verifying the documentation.
