In the configuration module, you will find three reports available:


  1. INF01-Parameter Definition. This report shows the type of parameter definition for the desired document.
  2. INF02-Document Definition. This report will provide information on each document created on the platform, showing the name of each, their expiration date and other criteria.
  3. INF03-Departments. This shows which documents of those created in User Management>>Departments/Areas are seen by each department.

These three reports are issued in Excel format and can be consulted as necessary.
