If you are reading this, it is because a customer for whom you work has registered you on CTAIMA, but you have not been able to access it yet.

Don’t worry, because after reading this article, you will be able to access the platform and you’ll know all the steps first-hand.

Let’s go!


First you must access the CTAIMA login  and click on CREATE ACCOUNT.

Fill in all the requested information to create a new account in CTAIMA and click on NEXT.

On this screen, you will take the first step to create your account. Remember that you must enter the same email address that you provided your registered customer in order to register on


In addition, check that your password has at least 8 characters and includes capital letters, lowercase letters, numbers and special characters (@, ?, *).


You will then need to enter your date of birth. This information will be used to recover your password later on.

When you click on NEXT, you will have to accept the privacy policy. To do this, display the menu.

and accept the conditions. Remember to click on CREATE ACCOUNT.

Finally, you will need to confirm the email that you have received in your inbox. Once this is finished, your account will have been created and you will have access to CTAIMA!


Remember that in all cases you must register using the email address that your customer has used. If you wish to change it, please contact us.
