Follow these steps in your CTAIMACAE application to activate the notifications and warnings about documentation expiration dates to the recipients you need.

 

Add as many recipient notifications as you need by accessing the Coordination module in the My Resources -> Recipient Notifications section.

Click on the "+" sign that you will find on the right side of the screen. A form will be displayed on which you can enter the email address to which you want the notices sent.

You can also give the recipient access to the documents you wish by clicking on the edit button to the left of the email address you entered.
