What happens after uploading a document?
Once you upload your documentation to CTAIMACAE, it stays pending review until the responsible party validates it. Until that happens, your company will not appear as "green" to your client.
To check the status of your documents, go to Coordination → My documents tab and select the option you need to review.
The icon next to the document changes once it moves from pending to validated:
Who validates my documentation and how long does it take?
It depends on how your client has configured it:
Validated by the CTAIMA team: the document is reviewed within 1 to 2 business days of upload. You can identify this case because a pink envelope icon appears next to the document.
Validated by your client: the timeframe depends on their internal processes. If you have questions about when they will review your documentation, contact them directly.
