How to access CTAIMACAE? Registration, login and troubleshooting

How to register, log in and solve access issues in CTAIMACAE? First access, password recovery, two-factor authentication (2FA), email change and solutions to the most common errors.

Everything you need to know to access CTAIMACAE. Is this your first time? Can't log in? Need to change your password or email? Here you'll find how to register, log in and solve the most common access issues.

First access: how to register

To access CTAIMACAE, you must first receive an invitation email from your client. Without that invitation, you can register but you won't be able to see any contracts or documentation.

Once you receive the invitation:

  1. Enter the email the invitation was sent to (it must be exactly the same, no spaces or typos).

  2. Create a secure password.

  3. Complete the requested details and confirm the registration.

ℹ️ Keep in mind: if the system tells you the account already exists, you don't need to register again. Go directly to login.ctaima.com and log in with your email and password.

Log in (daily access)

  1. Enter your email and password.

  2. If your client has enabled two-factor authentication (2FA), you will receive a code by email or SMS that you'll need to enter to complete access.

  3. Select the "CAE" module if the "My Account" screen appears.

Password recovery

  1. On the login screen, click "Forgot your password?".

  2. Enter your login email.

  3. You will receive an email with a link to create a new password.

  4. If you don't receive it, check your spam/junk folder.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

Some clients have enabled two-factor authentication as an additional security measure. If your access requires it, after entering your email and password you will receive a verification code by email or SMS. Enter the code on the verification screen. Codes have a time limit; if it expires, request a new one.

2FA issues:

I'm not receiving the code: check your spam folder. If the code is sent by SMS, verify that the registered phone number is correct.

The code arrives at an old email: contact support to update your login email.

The code has expired: request a new one from the verification screen.

Change your login email

If you need to change the email you use to access CTAIMACAE (due to a department change, company change, or because it was sent to the wrong email), contact our support team providing your current email, the new email, and your company name along with the client you work for.

Common access problems

  • "I haven't received the invitation from my client"

Check your spam folder. If it's not there, contact your client directly and ask them to resend the invitation or verify they entered your email correctly.

  • "I register but I can't see any contracts or documentation"

If you registered without having previously received the invitation from your client, your account won't be linked to any contract. Ask your client to register you and send the invitation.

  • "The system says my account already exists"

You don't need to register again. Go to login.ctaima.com and log in. If you don't remember the password, use "Forgot your password?".

  • "My client doesn't appear on the platform"

You may be logging in with a different email than the one in the invitation, or your client hasn't created the contract yet. Verify the email and contact your client.

  • "I have multiple accounts / multiple emails"

If you work for several clients and each one invited you with a different email, you'll have multiple accounts. Each account has its own contracts and documentation. Log in with the email corresponding to the client you want to work with.

  • "The screen stays blank or won't load"

Clear your browser cache (Ctrl + Shift + Del), try Chrome or Edge, and disable extensions that might interfere (VPN, ad blockers).
