To check whether a worker has access to the customer’s facilities, you must enter the
Coordination module and go to the Client Access -> Access Management tab at the top of the menu.
You can filter the data for the worker and the work site that will be accessed.
By filtering according to the worker data and the data for the work site they will access, you will know whether the worker has access according to the following icons:
If the folder is red and there are conflicts, when you open it you will see what document(s) are preventing access. Consult all the help articles in the knowledge base.
