Your customer might have contracted the identification tag module and request that you print them and carry them with you while at their facilities.

 

If this is the case, follow these steps:

 

 

First you must access the Coordination module and display the tab Client Access – Identification Labels

–> Employees. Here you will see the workers with their respective folders (in green if the correct documentation has been provided and in red if this is not the case). Remember that you will only see it if your customer has requested a label for you. If you do not see this, it is because your customer has not requested an identification label for you.



  • You must open the folder to see all your workers.




Next, you will see all your workers and the status of their documentation. To print the labels, click in the box that appears next to the folder


, select the centres the worker will travel to and choose the option Print both kinds. Finally, when you click on the button Print Label Selected Centres a PDF will be generated with the workers’ labels.




If the PDF is not downloaded or is blank, make sure that the pop-up windows are not blocked in the configuration or settings of your browser (Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox).


It is very important for you to select the work site before printing the labels. If you do not, a blank file will be downloaded.
