Where can I see whether a resource can access your facilities?
To see whether a resource can access your facilities, go to the access control screen.
To make it easier, you can filter by company name, Tax ID, data for the resource in question, etc., or select "Search all" to see all resources. You can also filter by company and work site.
What each folder colour means
Green folder: the resource can access your facilities as normal.
Red folder: the resource cannot access your facilities. Click on the folder to see why — the documents preventing the resource from accessing your facilities will be shown.
Orange folder: the resource has a temporary authorization.
ℹ️ Please note: a red folder doesn't always mean a document is missing or invalid. Sometimes it's because an information document is pending to be marked as read. If so, go to "Client information" → "Information documents", download the document and mark it as read so the resource's access status changes to allowed.
