There are three reasons why you may not see your company’s documentation. In each case, the platform will indicate the reason why:

 


  • The customer has not created a contract yet for you on the platform:

  

To check this, enter the Coordination module and go to the Client Information -> Contracts tab:


If you do not have an associated contract, the platform will display a notification. 

  

  • You have pending information documents to be read:


Go to the Coordination module and then to the Client Information -> Information Documents tab. All documents must be marked with the green check mark 


  • You must assign risks to the contract:

Go to the Coordination module on the Client Information -> Contracts tab and indicate the contract risks using the icon 


A drop-down menu will appear for you to indicate the risks associated with each contract:
