I need to change my login email

It is possible that, for various reasons, you may wish to change the email address you use to access the platform. In this case, you must contact your client so they can make the change.

To find the contact details of the manager of your contract, go to the Coordination module under the "Client Information - Contracts" tab. By clicking on the information “i” next to the contract, you will find your manager’s contact details in the corresponding section.

If you are unable to access this information, you can email us at [email protected] providing the following details:

  • Your customer name

  • Your current email address

  • The new email address you need to use to access the platform

We will check whether we are able to make the change for you and will reply via the same channel.

Please note that for some customers, we are not allowed to make changes from CTAIMA.
